All Kayu Wake Sport products are proudly made in the Good Old U.S of A. We will never outsource our stuff overseas like some of our competitors do.

Our balsa wood comes primarily from a family run, eco-friendly plantation on the pacific coast of Ecuador and is of the highest quality available.

All other hardwoods are from right here in So. Cal.

Our epoxy finishing process is what gives our boards the look and feel of true aquatic artistry. We don't use fiberglass cloth, don't need to. The combination of light weight balsa wood and hard wood stringers is all that is necessary for strength. Add to that the superior adhesive and sealing properties of the highest grade epoxies on the market today and viola, the strongest, most responsive wakesurf boards on the planet!

We are proud to offer foot straps from Da Kine Hawaii. We feel the use of these types of straps stays in line with the surfing roots and philosophy of our company as a whole. You're connected, but not bolted down. The standard strap placement is adjustable for goofy foot and regular foot riders and has some minimal adjustment front to back. All of the models we offer with straps have been thoroughly ride tested by team riders of all shapes and sizes. By doing this, we pretty much know right where we want your feet to be on our boards.

At present we do not have any type of contract with our fin manufacturer so we can't say who that might be but a good hint might be; the "opposite of past" fin system. We have the capability to have custom fins made for this system, so if you want to try your hand at fin design, send us a thin cardboard template and we'll price it out for ya. (see contact page)
